You must email us at bathingspirits@gmail.com with a picture of your item and your order number to request an RA number for your return. You will be given a return by date.

We must receive an email from you with the order number, RA number, and tracking number by the return date. If we do not receive an email with the information requested by the return date your return will not be accepted.

If you are not able to return the package by the return date you must email bathingspirits@gmail.com with your return date extension request for approval.

All packages sent without our RA number or an expired RA number written on them will not be accepted for delivery and returned to sender.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We advise you to insure your return shipment. We cannot refund items that arrive damaged to our facility or that get lost in transit.
These shampoo bar cubes are packed with lots of amazing organic and pure ingredients which makes it really potent. We recommend doing the allergy test below before you use these shampoo cubes. If you know you are not allergic to any of the ingredients listed you can skip the allergy test and proceed to use this product.

Do a Patch Test
1. Apply the shampoo suds to an invisible portion of your leg or arm, such as behind your knee or inside your elbow.
2. Leave it on for up to 10 mins and rinse it off.
3. If that application does not produce a negative reaction within 24 hours, it's time to use the shampoo on your hair!
If you are transitioning from commercial shampoo to natural or organic shampoo bars this hair rinse is for you. A lemon juice hair rinse will help PH balance your hair and increase its shine after using your shampoo bar.

1 cup of warm water
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 spray bottle

- Pour 1 cup of cold water in an empty spray bottle.
- Pour 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in the spray bottle.
- Close and shake well.
- Spray this rinse all over your hair Immediately after washing your hair with a natural or organic shampoo bar.
- Leave the rinse on for 3-5 minutes before applying conditioner to your hair. No need to rinse out the lemon water first.
- Rinse the conditioner out of your hair with cold water to lock the moisture into your hair.
